Johnny
Daly worked as a Tour Guide in Ireland for 15 years
and developed a great love of Irish history and folklore.
He found that what most interested people on his tours,
was hearing how Irish people lived off the land and
the food they ate, why their beliefs in the otherworld
of the fairies were so strong and finally the stories
they told when they came together in the evenings
as a community.
